Lyn Armstrong is a country girl at heart, born and bred in Coffs Harbour on the North Coast of New South Wales. At the age of 9 Lyn and her family relocated to a small village at the base of the Dorrigo Mountain to try their luck on the land.
Lyn finished her schooling at Bellingen High School, where she attained her School Certificate. Throughout her working life Lyn has covered many fields, including 14 years with the retail giant David Jones.
In July, 2001 Lyn became a widow and was then forced back into full time employment.
In April, 2004 she completed the CHCMCEL 401A "Plan, Conduct and Review a Marriage Ceremony" at the Gordon Institute of TAFE. Whilst on holidays in Kalgoorlie on 3rd September, 2004, Lyn received the wonderful news from her daughter that she was now a registered Civil Marriage Celebrant.
Lyn is a warm, caring and charismatic person with a genuine love of people, and has been an attribute to every Ceremony that she has officiated. Lyn works as a team with each client to create a ceremony that meets their needs and expectations.
