Reaffirmation or renewal of vows ceremonies are often associated with a special wedding anniversary such as 1, 5, 10, 20, 25, 40 & 50 but the ceremony is appropriate for any stage of the marriage.
Some couples may wish to have such a ceremony because their original ceremony for some reason or other had very little meaning to them. They may have been very young, had very little or no say in the ceremony, or simply just cannot remember too much about the day. A couple may have been married overseas and their family and friends were unable to be there or after being separated, a couple may wish to recognise their renewed unity and commitment of love for each other.
You may wish to include special people who have come into your lives in the ceremony. These special people may include your grandchildren, stepchildren, bestman, bridesmaid or lifelong friends.
This type of ceremony is usually an expression of how a couple feel about each other, also a remembrance of years gone by and their renewal of hopes for the future.
To conduct a meaningful and unique renewal of vows ceremony takes careful planning and time, often associated with several hours of behind the scenes preparation and activities rarely seen. It would give me enormous pleasure and satisfaction to meet with you and create a ceremony to celebrate this special event.
A Renewal of Vows Certificate together with a memento booklet of the ceremony will be presented to you at the conclusion of the ceremony.
